CreoVena Marketing

Your customers are asking AI for a recommendation. Are you in the answer?

CreoVena Marketing finds out what ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI say about your business — and fixes the reasons they name someone else.

Your business. Not mentioned.
There is no page two of an AI answer. It names three businesses, and everyone else is invisible.
What's changed

Search used to give ten options. Now it gives three names.

When someone needs a letting agent, a plumber, an accountant or a garage, a growing number of them now ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling a results page. The assistant replies with two or three businesses and a reason for each.

Getting named depends on things most websites were never built for: whether your pages can actually be read by machines, whether you exist on the comparison platforms these systems draw from, and whether there is a single clear, factual sentence anywhere describing what you do.

It is not the same as ranking on Google. Plenty of businesses rank respectably and are never mentioned once.

The AI Visibility Audit

We ask the AI what your customers ask it. Then we show you the answers.

  • Your business tested against the real questions your customers ask, across five AI assistants, with screenshots of every result
  • Which competitors are being recommended instead, and why
  • The specific sources those recommendations are built from, and where you're missing from them
  • Technical and content findings, written plainly enough to hand to whoever built your site
  • A prioritised list of fixes, starting with the ones that cost nothing

How it works

Three steps, about two weeks.

01

We test

We build a set of questions your actual customers would ask and run them across the major AI assistants, recording every answer and every source cited.

02

We diagnose

We work out why the answers came back the way they did — the platforms, the reviews, the site itself — and separate what matters from what doesn't.

03

You get the report

A written report with the evidence and a prioritised plan. Implement it yourself, hand it to your web people, or ask us to do it.

Who we are

A small operation, deliberately.

CreoVena Marketing is run by Foy Ahmed from Stoke-on-Trent, working with independent businesses across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Regular working area: Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, Stone, Leek, Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Congleton and Alsager. Happy to travel further for the right job, and most of the work happens remotely anyway.

The approach came out of solving this problem in-house first: rebuilding how a commercial vehicle export business appeared in AI search after noticing enquiries had started arriving from it. Country landing pages, structured data, content rewritten so machines could read it — the same work now offered to other businesses.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking before you hire anyone.

Can you guarantee my business gets recommended?

No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. AI assistants give different answers between sessions and change constantly. What can be done is to fix the specific, identifiable reasons a business is being passed over, and then measure whether it changes by re-running the same questions.

How is this different from SEO?

There's overlap, but the target is different. SEO aims at a ranked list of links. This aims at being one of the two or three businesses named inside a written answer, which depends more on machine-readable facts, third-party sources and reviews than on keywords.

Do I need a new website?

Usually not. Most of what holds businesses back is fixable on the site they already have, and the highest-impact fixes are often free — a review programme, a corrected listing, one clear sentence on the homepage.

How long until anything changes?

Some fixes register within weeks, others take a few months to filter through the sources these systems read. The audit sets a baseline with dated screenshots so progress is measurable rather than assumed.

What size of business is this for?

Independent businesses, typically owner-run, where one recommendation is worth real money. Being small is not a barrier — smaller firms get named all the time, and that's rather the point.
